Real Simple Show House

The Real Simple Show House is a celebration of classic architecture brought back to life with fresh, modern character. We restored the home’s original woodwork, refinished the historic floors, and preserved the stunning stained glass so the craftsmanship of the past could shine again. Throughout the house, rich color, bold wallpaper, and layered furnishings create a warm, welcoming personality. Custom light fixtures from our collection anchor each room with sculptural detail. And in the butler’s pantry, we added a bold, unexpected moment that ties the old and new together in a playful way. The result is a home that feels both beautifully restored and unmistakably modern.
