Rental Apartment Transformations
High in the sky overlooking Prospect Heights Brooklyn, these 2 ultra modern rental apartments were transformed into rich and bold spaces reflecting the character of the the Brooklyn neighborhoods they look out on. In most of our projects we are working in historic homes, restoring details and adding modern touches. In this project the challenge was the opposite: To bring that character we love into modern white-walled apartment units. All of the upgrades were do-able DIY projects. We added picture frame moulding, warm paint, new light fixtures, and moody lime wash.
