This 3-story historic townhouse in need of a lot of love received a full gut renovation and reconfiguration to create a duplex over a garden rental. The parlor floor has an open living, dining, and kitchen area with a large wall of glass opening to a colorful deck. The newly built staircase leads upstairs to a primary suite with a stripped vintage marble fireplace and large cloffice, a guest bedroom with another marble fireplace, and a herringbone-tiled guest bathroom. Historic charm, like picture frame moulding, and architectural details, like recessed arched niches, were added throughout the newly built space.
