The Most Asked About Items in Our Home

Every home tells a story, and ours is no exception. Over the years, we have carefully curated pieces that not only reflect our personal style but also honor the character and history of our space.

We’re opening our doors to share the most asked-about pieces in our home, including links to help you find these treasures for your own space.

Paint Colors

First up, all of the delicious colors we use around our house. When we first started renovating, Barry was super anti-color! We love how these once-gray walls have come to reflect our colorful personalities.

Brinjal by Farrow & Ball

We opted for a color-drench in this deep aubergine, matte finish in our office.

Hauge Blue by Farrow & Ball

The rich blue is the color of our front door! It pairs so nicely with our brownstone stoop.

Light Blue by Farrow & Ball

We used this perfect hue in the front entrance hallway, which extends into our second floor.

Green Smoke by Farrow & Ball

The speakeasy in our basement is painted from wall to ceiling in Green Smoke for a moody look.

School House White by Farrow & Ball

The perfect off-white. Enough said.

The Office

Our recent office renovation included a fresh coat of paint and all-new furniture.

Here are your faves:

Billy Cotton x West Elm Curved Sofa

The slight curve in this sofa not only looks good, but is super comfy.

Billy Cotton x West Elm Lacquered Coffee Table

We love the size of this coffee table. Its low profile pairs so nicely with the rest of the living room set.

Billy Cotton x West Elm Curved Armless Chair

We love how the straight lines on this lighting fixture juxtaposes the soft, curved, armless couch.

Loloi x Chris Loves Julia Rug

You’ve seen this before – it’s a crowd favorite. We’re obsessed with the diamond design on this rug.

The Parlor Floor

We spend so much time on our parlor floor, which means it’s always changing.

Here are the items you have been asking about lately:

Brownstone Boys x Mod Concrete Console Table

We designed this custom concrete console table with Mod Concrete. It’s chic and versatile!

Billy Cotton x West Elm Bennett Pendant

This is a new element we brought in with our latest living room redesign.

Finnley Pedestal from Arhaus

We like to style this in the corner of our living room with seasonal branches.

Sacha Boucle Chairs

We have had these in our living room for years and they are so comfy.

Samsung Frame TV

You’re not going to find a TV that sits closer to the wall than this one. Plus, it’s so customizable!

Outdoor Faves

Magnetic Wreath Holders

We have glass doors which can make hanging wreaths tricky, but ever since we discovered these, it’s been a breeze!

LED Indoor/Outdoor Cordless Lamp

We never knew how bad we needed a cordless lamp until we got one! This exact style isn’t available anymore, but we linked something similar.
