Eligibility: This giveaway is open to individuals who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. The giveaway is open only to residents of the contiguous United States. Residents of Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories are not eligible. Employees of The Brownstone Boys and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. The giveaway is subject to federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

The Brownstone Boys reserves the right to refuse entry or disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the giveaway or violating these Official Rules.

Entry Period: The giveaway begins on 4-22-24 and ends on 6-4-24 (“Entry Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.

How to Enter: During the Entry Period, submit your entry by completing our WooBox Form. Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

Prizes: The winner(s) will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Winner Notification: The winner(s) will be notified via email within 10 business days of the drawing. If the winner fails to respond within 5 business days of notification, an alternate winner will be selected. The prize is non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at The Brownstone Boys’ sole discretion.

General Conditions: In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the giveaway is impaired in any way, The Brownstone Boys may, in its sole discretion, either: (a) suspend the giveaway to address the impairment and then resume the giveaway; or (b) award the prize(s) from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment.

Disputes: This giveaway is governed by the laws of New York, USA. Any disputes arising from or related to this giveaway will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New York, USA.
